Japanese and American, side by side. This is not an unusual sighting during the summer here in Providence on Thayer street. When the weekend rolls around, Thayer is a beacon for any motorcycle rider in a 50 mile radius. Lots of Japanese superbikes, Harley Davidsons, custom choppers, and I kid you not, even a Vespa. The sudden influx of tattoos will make some of the more upscale residents wonder about a possible prison break, but it seems like everyone just gathers around to talk about and admire bikes, get something to eat, and enjoy the weather.
